After a week of using the limited edition PS5, I noticed that the controller that came with it has a small defect. The X button seems loose or like it’s been used too much. One of the techs told me he had the same model and the same problem and would also send his in for repair. In my case, although the defect is slightly noticeable, I prefer to have it repaired right away. I have already created a repair request and will be sending the controller in the next few days.
Has anyone else had this problem with this particular model?
